RESPONSABILITATI

- Administer the Asset Life-cycle processes;
- Manage asset data in the form of physical assets, software assets, leases and contracts, ensuring attributes are updated as a result of adherence to the Asset Management Processes & Procedures for both ad-hoc and bulk updates;
- Ensure the data standards are maintained within the asset management repository;
- Respond to asset management queries from clients or staff (communication with different teams abroad);
- Understand basic fundamentals of asset tools used to respond to non-technical questions on capabilities, such as reports, general asset management solution particulars such as standard fields, integration points & general configuration;
- Work with Procurement teams, Lessors, Finance & Admin teams, Delivery teams, Project teams to provide asset data
- Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports as required by the client contract or internal;
- Identify and escalate any asset process which may negatively impact the short/long term asset management objectives;


CERINTE

•Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field;
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel - pivot tables, lookups, sorting, counts;
•Ability to produce documentation using the MS Office suite of products;
•Strong communication, computer and analytical skills;
•Strong initiative and problem solving skills;
•Good oral and written English;
•Preferred but not mandatory:
- Experience with IT Asset management (hardware or software) and asset tracking tools (Remedy, AssetCenter);
- Familiarity with IT hardware (PCs, servers, networking and telecom equipment);
- Familiarity with software licensing compliance principles;
- Procurement (purchasing) experience;
