For a well-established company, a telecommunication operator for the business segment, part of an international group, with a continuous investment in the newest equipment and technology, serving premium clients and offering premium services, we are recruiting the right person for a CUSTOMER SUPPORT role (full time or part time (6h/ day) job.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- offer on phone technical support
- answer and record requests regarding the functionality of Internet, Data and Voice services
- solve basic troubleshooting on network equipment in order to investigate and identify customers problems
- maintain permanent connection with customers
PROFILE:
- technical university education (student or fresh graduate)
- technical person with excellent communication and customer service skills/interest
- willing and able to learn quickly new skills and technologies
- fluency in English
