• Maintain the company server systems ( Windows Server, Exchange Server, Fortigate UTM , Oracle Linux)
• Define, configure and maintain changes of Active Directory and Group Policies
• Manage user accounts and access rights to the company data and applications suite
• Configure and maintain Cisco networking infrastructure
• Provide user support and troubleshoot any reported problems
• Install, configure and maintain new hardware and software platform
• Backup and restore company sensitive data
• Manage security platform – antivirus, anti-SPAM server, firewalls
• Monitor, suggest and implement the systems performance changes
• Document the system configurations and architecture
• Implement and maintain company-wide procedures and policies
• Configure and maintain a secure and reliable system environment.
Required:
• University degree; Computer science or Electronics and telecommunications.
• Minimum two years working experience with Windows server platforms
• Minimum two years working experience with Cisco networking products (switches and firewalls)
• Minimum one year experience with standard telephony switching and call center platform
• Basic Experience with IVR platforms
• Basic experience with server virtualization
• Very good communication skills
• Analytical person who could easily spot the root-problems
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Driving license.
Considered to be a plus:
• Basic experience in MS SQL and Oracle DB platform administration
• Security appliance – Checkpoint, MS ISA Server and ForeFront Technologies
• Basic experience in managing reporting servers such as IBM Cognos and MS Reporting Services
• Experience with IVR platform and VoIP platform
• Any Microsoft, Cisco, Networking certification would be a plus.
