RESPONSABILITATI

Applications support role in the IT Call Center Desk, in charge with the following main activities:

Telephone Call Center for IT 1st level support inquiries;
First entry point for resolution and dispatching incidents, problems and service requests raised through the available IT Service Management Software Tools;
Remote assistance for end-users in areas related to IT applications 1st level support;
Works closely with the second Level Support and with the IT Premises Support Desk providing fast escalation and analysis on crashes outside his scope


CERINTE

University Degree in Computer Science or related fields;
Experience and substantial involvement with software applications support.

Required competences:

Excellent applied banking software knowledge;
Ability to work well with all levels of support teams;
Willing to set a positive example and “can do” attitude;
Strong personality, able to work under pressure;
Open minded and motivated person;
Excellent team work capabilities;
Fluent in English (speaking & writing);
