- Provide all the technical support (installing, administration, configuring and maintenance ) for the users
- Install and maintain internet connections for shops (dedicated connection for dial up connection)
- Investigate,respond and solve support requests
- Implement the company' s solution on site
- Solve troubleshooting telecom and system problems
- Experience on a similar position minimum 1 year
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking
- Excellent working skills with Windows XP Operating System
- Knowledge of DNS, Wins, Mailservers, Fileservers
- Graduate of a Technical University (Automatics)
- Advanced Knowledge of English
- Available for traveling very often outside Bucharest
- Driving License is a must
