The Role:
Ensuring regular contacts with prospects and client senior managers,
Actively promoting the company\'s products and services
Identifying new business opportunities and negotiating complex high risk contracts
Actively involved in networking, establishing and maintaining close relations with direct accounts and partners (key decision makers internally and externally)
Ensuring good relationships with partners
Developing and managing complex multi-party sales initiatives
Leading multi-disciplined bid teams and monitoring project execution
The Person:
University degree, ideally in a technical or business field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar sales/business related position in the Enterprise market (Complex integration /development services ). Such experience should have been acquired with a leading System Integrator or international System Vendor active within the Romanian market
Good knowledge of selling IT infrastructure/solutions in partnership with third parties
Experience with products/services business development is recommended
Independent and confident, a business developer with good understanding of the local Corporate Systems market and the key business drivers
Effective negotiation and communication skills
Result-oriented and proactive team player, open to cooperate with other divisions within the company
Fluent in English - verbal and written
Driving license and willingness to travel throughout Europe
