ISS Rollout Site Logistic Administrator

RESPONSABILITATI

General:

- The ISS Site Logistic Administrator will work within the logistic team and reports directly to the Rollout Management.

- While the logistic team (Warehouse and Logistics Manager Bucharest and Logistics Assistant Bucharest) are responsible for the Supply and Logistic Chain from the manufacturer till the Warehouse in Bucharest, the ISS Site Logistic Administrator will be responsible to organize control and monitor the shipments from Bucharest to the final customer site. This includes a close and trustful cooperation with the Logistics Manager Bucharest, the Rollout Manager and the ISS Site Manager.

Responsabilities:


- Prepares shipments on site in accordance with rollout schedule, budget and quality

- Identify and realize in every time the most economic, cost efficient way of transport considering schedule, budget and quality

- Documentation of shipments, CMR, weight-control, truck instructions, special load/unload tools if applicable, e.g. for diesel generator sets

- Close and trustful relation with subcontractors which will receive and install the equipment on site

- Randomise control visits on site to ensure a proper quality of deliveries and reception processes with the subcontractor on site, including quality reports - Support Subsystems in their rollout ¿¿¿ and shipment activities

- Prepare reports and statistics in MS Excel about shipments, transported weights, kilometres, truck loads, etc
