RESPONSABILITATI

•Provide the best technical expertise and propose adequate solution in order to satisfy business and user requirements within company standards.
•Acts as primary organizational interface with vendors and provides internal analysis and support. Manages performance of a multiple hardware and software platform interface at the most complex level.
•Assist IS management in estimating cost and implementation efforts in order to produce realistic plans and budgets.
•Lead and participate in projects with responsibility over technical area, assuring best solutions for business requirements.
•Install, configure, and maintain the organization's LAN and servers. Schedule and coordinate systems maintenance.
•Analyze servers performance to baseline, monitor and report component and connectivity problems, perform functional verifications and system audits. Make recommendations for system optimization/improvement, generate and present reports.
•Define system security requirements and specifications. Develop and implement security procedures.
•Evaluate system design and configuration for security. Perform security audits and analyze results. Monitor and report security problems and develop recommendations for system security upgrades and improvements.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge in order to propose the best working environment and to ensure efficient use of the company's infrastructure.
•Research technical alternatives and analyze technical options and recommend selection of architecture, topology, hardware, and software.
•Perform system backups and restore data. Ensure an effective testing and implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.


CERINTE

•Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy - 2+ years experience
•Microsoft Exchange (2003 preferred) - 2+ years experience
•Virtual Private Network (VPN) technology
•Ethernet networks, LAN and WAN systems
•Windows servers operating system (Server 2003 preferred)
•Blade servers
•Storage Area Network
•Clustering technology
•Server Room infrastructures, redundant architectures (power feeding, cooling)
