-defines and manages, in cooperation with the Global Product Factories when appropriate, an homogeneous distinctive and competitive offer in order to meet the needs of each client target
-designs, develops, implements and manages products/services for the segment ensuring they meet the needs and preferences of customers and are up to the competition
-propose and sustain product prices in line with segment and strategy and with market competition
-supports Mobile Sales Force and Third Parties assuring that commercial agreements and commercial coordination schemes with third parties, including related conditions, are properly defined managing activities connected to treasury services, liaising with corresponding structures in the Bank, with the aim of maximizing the profitability of such relations on the territory
-Ensures accurate knowledge on the evolution of both the local and international markets of:
- Funds, securities and investment products
- Life Insurance
-involvement in special project related to Personal Banking applications (
-interact with all reference points within the bank from other areas in order to support product offer innovation and management
-Leads the product development processes i.e to:
- Provide feedback and support for promotional material (PR & Marketing)
- Suggest product and services promotions
- Analyze Investment products profitability
- Offer support to branches and HO departments regarding channels; promotional materials and products and services promotion
- Assess and monitors reports on sales and profitability and proposing remedial actions
- Monitor external providers effectiveness; originating and implementing of remedial actions
- Reconciliate financial data coming from External providers
- Actively promote, prepare and take care of training and coaching activities
- Promote and define incentive scheme and rewarding system for sales people

-Academic background (Finance, Banking, etc.) MBA is a plus
-Minimum 2 years in banking, branch experience is a plus
-Banking legislation; commercial and civil law knowledge;
-Microsoft Office application familiarity
