Preparing annual procurement plan and implementing it
Leading and coordinating the tendering procedure: creating invitation for bids and all relevant necessary documentation
Leading the commercial negotiation and participate into the technical ones
Preparing the draft of the contract in conformity with internal procedures and negotiated terms
Periodical evaluation of the suppliers
Permanently monitor the market trend and prepare analysis from commercial and technical point of view
Maintain an accurate database of suppliers and prepare relevant reports whenever necessary
University degree
3 -5 years of experience in procurement with good knowledge of investment procurement
Legal/real estate market knowledge
Good experience in working with authorities
Good contracting and tendering knowledge
Computer literacy
English fluent (commercial and technical terminology)
SAP knowledge or other ERP system
Clean driving license - B category
