We are looking for a passionate and experienced Investment Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- manage the transactions (acquisitions of the NPL portfolios and/or entities with NPLs on balance sheet, or other similar investment opportunities) from origination to financial closing:
- work with the sales force and other team on the origination of the investment opportunities;
- work with the analysts on the creation of the financial models related to investment opportunities; oversee and comment the financial models;
- manage the due diligence process; organize and manage outsourced advisors in DD and acquisition process;
- facilitate the decision process (prepare the supporting material for investment decisions and participate in the decision process);
- negotiate (or participate in negotiations) the terms of the transaction and transaction documents and manage the transaction closing;
- participate on the definition and/or fine-tuning of the investment strategy;
- participate on the fundraising efforts with co-investors; prepare and comment presentations and related material;
- coverage of Romanian market (priority) and participate in transactions in other SEE markets (Bulgaria, Greece, ex-Yugoslavia);
- Minimum 5 years work experience in reputable financial advisory company, investment bank, private equity, or similar;
- Strong English both written and oral;
- Excellent analytical, finance and presentation skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Sets high standards of performance for oneself;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, team worker, ability to manage multiple activities.
