Responsibilities/goals:
• Assisting in execution of the various HR processes (filing documents, collating and processing data, preparing documents required by staff or external stakeholders)
• Responding to staff inquiries
• Handling various benefits offered to KPMG employees (medical plan, food coupons, provision of accommodation, etc.)
• Ordering business cards for staff
• Assisting in training administration
• Assisting in implementation of new initiatives within HR (eg implementing IT systems, preparing new services or modifying existing ones, etc.)
Purpose of the job: Provision of high quality services delivered to KPMG staff by the HR Department
Execution of the various HR processes
Required qualifications: University degree (preferably in Human Resources)
Required experience: Entry level. Previous experience in HR is an asset.
Required skills: Very good communication skills
Being a team player
Good writing skills
Flexibility and ability work under stress/ manage stress
Accountability
Good knowledge the English language
