The Junior Account Manager will be part of the Rack-Soft Sales Team and will have real-life tasks. With over five million end-users, we create unique opportunities for people who want to contribute building and delivering next generation cloud software. On this job, you will have to:
- Answer to first line sales requests by email, chat or over the phone
- Determine customer requirements and analyze possible solutions based on company portfolio
- Analyze market and gather intelligence for account hunting
- Identify sales opportunities; promote company solutions on public media
- Learn sales and negotiation techniques

Our candidate should be a top student or have a B.S degree. Knowledge about Internet technologies, web hosting, VoIP is required. The candidate must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, proactive thinking, a customer oriented attitude, and the ability to communicate both in a technical and non-technical manner.
You will have to speak and write to our customers in English, therefore excellent English skills are absolutely required. Certifications are considered a plus.
