RESPONSABILITATI

UBISOFT Bucharest is looking for an International Recruiter.

Representing UBISOFT for its strategic and VIP recruitments, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for UBISOFT studios worldwide.





Your tasks

Work with Ubisoft’s worldwide studios to identify their key recruitment needs and build relationships with their HR teams
Responsible for proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry
Develop strong partnerships with UBISOFT studios and candidates
Develop a pool of qualified candidates (full cycle recruiting role: research, interview & follow-up with local studios & candidates) to meet both current and anticipated staffing needs
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting, especially for experienced candidates: social and professional networking sites, industry events


CERINTE

At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in an international context and in High Tech industry.
English proficiency (writing and reading)
French is a plus
Excellent communication and public relations skills
Autonomous, dynamic & result-oriented
Excellent sense of organization and management of priorities.
Strongly client-oriented.
Passion for games is a real plus.
