You will play a key role in a pan European project. Based in our new offices in Bucharest, your primary responsibility will be to participate to European sourcing, negotiating and contracting efforts in close cooperation with senior procurement experts based in Germany, France and United Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
¿ Drive or participate to the development of EMEA wide suppliers and projects, meeting and beating targets for cost savings.
¿ The challenges vary in scale from leadership of procurement strategy for complex services that typically spans multiple business and multiple countries, to the leadership of regional sourcing initiatives, supplier relationship management and contract development.
¿ Knowledge of the outsourcing industry. Proven Procurement expertise (sourcing, negotiation, contracting, risk management, pricing).
¿ Project management responsibilities.
¿ Bachelor's (undergraduate) or Master's (graduate) degree in Business or Economics
¿ 3 to 5 years of practical experience in procurement( preferably in service buying environment).
¿ Strong communication skills. Fluent in English.
¿ Strong leadership capabilities.
¿ Project management skills and interpersonal communication skills. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
¿ Strong analytical skills. International experience.
