• To put in place a mutual business plan
• To present the assortments and the innovations to the customer
• To negotiate the yearly contracts
• To develop together with our marketing department POS support and to implement them at the POS level in various countries
• To use the market research and market insight information from key markets in order to improve our competitive situation by bringing new product and communication ideas
• To contribute to the profitable growth of our international retail customers by developing the clients and distributors portfolio
• To develop together with the international distributors the best sales channel policy
• You will be part of a fast growing premium chocolate company that is quickly expanding in different international markets

The ideal candidate:
• 4-5 years of key account management experience within (international) FMCG companies
• International experience is a plus
• Languages: Romanian, English and preferable German or French
• Willingness to travel abroad (max. 30%)
• Self motivated and performance oriented account manager, who likes to contribute strongly to the further development of the company’s business performance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• In order to be successful you should have a proven broad horizon and the willingness to overcome barriers
