• University degree in Economics/Technical/Computer Science fields of activity;
• 1 year experience in a telecommunications company;
• Fair knowledge of the Romanian and international telecommunications environment;
• Basic level of knowledge of mobile networks and operators inter-working principles;
• Good command of business English;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint);
• Good organization skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data with great attention to detail are critical;
• Negotiates the international interconnection agreements;
• Coordinates and administrates the pre-commercial and commercial phase of the Interconnection Agreements;
• Receive interconnection proposals or other services implementation from international operators and initiates contacts with new potential partners;
• Coordinates the testing activity internally (Technical and Billing departments) and externally (interconnection partners);
• Administers the commercial phase of the Interconnection Agreements: financial reconciliation, follow-up the contractual terms;
• Prepares Addendums to the Interconnection Agreements;
• Takes the necessary steps to solve the complaints received from the partners;
• Provides monthly reports of interconnection traffic and cost;
