1. Agreeing terms of cooperation with clients (rates negotiation and realization of forwarding orders).
2. Efficient forwarding servicing of our clients ( according to forwarding orders, contracts and financial objectives).
3. Sales of forwarding services to new clients and developing cooperation with already existing ones.
4. Handling requests of existing clients and potential clients ( especially preparing forwarding projects and offers).
5. Thorough selection of our suppliers and ensuring optimum quality-price relation of purchases.
6. Preparing forwarding documentation and handling it with due care.
7. Handling ( supervision and verification) of client claims and assigning responsibility to particular participants of forwarding process ( client, company , suppliers ).
8. Monitoring and approval of invoices from suppliers and forwarding invoicing orders to administration department.
experience in forwarding , very good English and/or French, excellent communication skills, good organization of work.
