- Responsibility for regional territories as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland), UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium, the Middle East and Africa
- Reporting in to the Finance Director Credit & Collection EMEA, located in Munich
- Managing a Team of 4-5 Staff
- Manage and maintain accountability for the collections of the regional territories
- Contacts large customers when invoices become past due and follows up accordingly
- Resolve invoicing disputes
- Manages dunning and demand letters for assigned accounts
- Ensures AR agings are thoroughly worked
- Maintains frequent customer contact
- Researches and has clear understanding of issues needing resolution
- Uses forecast tool to report to Credit Management weekly progress toward cash and aging goals
- Achieve quarterly cash and aging goals for assigned territories
- Works closely with other Groups within PTC, including Sales, Maintenance, Channel, OA and Accounting
- Interacts with both external and internal customer professionally and amicably
- Fluent in 1 European Languages (which has to be English)
- Thorough accounting education
- Minimum of 1-2 years in people management
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience with a multinational company, with a broad and in-depth knowledge of Credit, Accounts Receivable and Finance
- Good understanding and hands-on experience in Credit & Collection Management
- Experience in financial systems, preferably Oracle and Microsoft Office
