Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will be a member of the AP Team responsible for processing supplier invoices for several different European countries:
- Inputting invoices and obtaining authorisation to pay
- Generating proposed payment register for supplier invoices
- Regularly reviewing creditor ageing and resolving issues, involving other departments to assist
- Maintaining of supplier data
- Processing employee expense reports
- Responsible to internal customers and external suppliers for AP issues and queries
- Ensure that all transactions are processed in compliance within company and SOX guidelines and procedures
Minimum required skills & education:
- Fluent in 2-3 European Languages (which have to include English)
- Thorough accounting education
- Experience in financial systems, preferably Oracle and Microsoft Office

- Attention to detail
- Open and flexible to a dynamic changing business environment
- Ability to communicate with internal and external customers
