RESPONSABILITATI

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Responsible for overall development and execution of the Internal Communications (IC) strategy for Accenture in Romania, addressing the global strategy and the local business needs and priorities.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Develop and execute the Internal Communications (IC) strategy for Accenture in Romania with more than 1600 employees and operations in 4 cities: Bucharest, Timisoara, Cluj Napoca and Tirgu Mures
• Develop the IC plan and budget according to the global IC strategy and the specific needs of the local business units (Delivery Center for BPO, Delivery Center for Technology and Consulting practice)
• Ensure employees have the right information, at the right time, via the right channels in order to:
- understand the company’s vision, strategy, brand positioning
- be aware of key initiatives and latest news
- access the information they need
- interact with local leadership
• Implement global IC campaigns / initiatives and ensure proper local customization (where applicable)
• Build relationships with the regional and global marketing teams for developing regional IC campaigns / initiatives and sharing best practices
• Develop local communications or integrated IC campaigns to address local business needs
• Work closely with the local business stakeholders and the other Corporate Functions in order to create effective communications for supporting strategic employee programs and increasing employee engagement
• Create content (writing and editing), ensure proper design and orchestrate online/offline communication channels (email, videos, internal portals, posters, brochures, events)
• Coordinate the monthly IC calendar for ensuring the right frequency of communications from all business and corporate functions
• Manage external vendors, as needed
• Monitor the employees’ opinion regarding the effectiveness of IC and suggest corrective actions
• Ensure the correct following of Accenture global brand guidelines
• Report to Country Marketing & Communications Lead and to regional / global IC Leads.


CERINTE

• Marketing / Communications / PR university degree
• Minimum of 7 years Marketing & Communications or Public Relations experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Internal Communications experience acquired within a global corporation or professional services company with matrix organizational environment and multiple locations
• Experience in developing and implementing integrated communication campaigns (print, online, audio-visual and face-to-face channels)
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Effective communication / copywriting skills
• Digital literacy:
- MS Office (must);
- Enterprise social media savvy (advantage);
- Graphic design/video editing (advantage)
• Proactive self-starter who can work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Committed and results oriented
• Able to work independently and also integrate with other functions
• Strong organization skills and attention to details
• Strong interpersonal skills
