Assists in identifying and evaluating the organization’s risk areas and provides input to the development of the Annual Audit Plan;
Performs audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence and documenting client processes and procedures.
Conducts interviews, reviews documents, develops and administers surveys, composes summary memos and prepares working papers.
Identifies, develops and documents audit issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed.
Communicates or assists in communicating the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management and the Board of Directors. Prepares draft audit reports
Develops and maintains productive client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
University Degree; A Master’s degree will be considered as a plus.
Experience of at least 3-5 years auditing/accounting experience;
Certification as a CIA, CISA, CAFR, CECCAR or ACCA;
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications ( Word, Excel, Power Point); SAP is a plus;
Very good command of English;
Strong finance and accounting knowledge related to Romanian Accounting Regulations and IFRS;
Skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies;
Knowledge of management/operational auditing, financial planning and analysis;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Good reports preparation skills;
Strong analytical skills; attention to details;
Ability to work under pressure;
Integrity and trust.
