Reporting to Internal Audit Lead Europe, the Internal Audit SAS70 Manager is responsible for all phases of SAS70 project for Genpact Europe Sites.
Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing SAS70 internal audits, business and IT process control reviews, activities related to Internal Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 internal control projects, and external audit support;
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality.
- Plan, execute, direct, and perform internal audits in SAS70, IT General Controls, business process control reviews;
- Planning and Scoping of Audits (SAS 70 or other Audits) with third party Auditors (KPMG);
- Liaison with KPMG for Execution of Audits, Timely Reporting and closure of Audit findings.
- Understand and manage SAS70 risk on new processes;
- Work with Internal Audit team and the departments to plan audits strategy, define objectives, and address technology-related controls risks.
- Participate in the preparation of Internal Audit Reports in compliance with SAS70.
- Maintain active communication with Global SAS70 Project Team to schedule audit timelines, adhere to SAS70 customer requirements and ensure satisfaction, make sure deadlines are met, and lead change efforts effectively.
- Consult, work with, and service business departments to make recommendations on business and process improvement and serve as a business advisor.
- Help Functional Teams to Improve on their control environment and Review system processes and controls and recommended improvements.
- Perform other Internal Audit job-related duties as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous audit or implementation experience with SAS70, BS7799 or SOX required;
- Experience performing financial, operational, and system audits, as well as business process control reviews is a plus;
- IT Experience or Background is a plus;
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills;
- Ability to plan and manage multiple engagements and priorities in a rapidly growing environment;
- Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to India headquarter and Europe sites as required.
