- Plan, design, and furnish interiors of an office building
- Prepare drawings, samples and decorating instructions as well as subsequent adjustments to them
- Formulate design, which is functional, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purpose
- Advise on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination
- Select or design and purchase furnishings, art works, and accessories
- Subcontract fabrication, installation, and arrangement of fixtures, accessories, draperies, art works, furniture, and related items
- Estimate material requirements and costs
- Monitoring and controlling resources and overseeing the purchase of relevant objects
- University degree or student in terminal year
- Good feel for color, lighting, space, and ambience
- Exceptional creativity and inspiration in meeting the company¿s needs and culture
- Very good communication skills
- Very good experience in interior design
- Experience in adhering to budget
