The Insurance Claims Officer is responsible for processing claims files, being the main point of contact for insurance intermediaries (Insurance brokers, banks) submitting claims on behalf of the insured.
- Assess and qualify claims;
- Record loss adjuster report;
- Activate reinsurance;
- Settle payment.
- University degree in law
- Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge/experience would be an asset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to work on different problems simultaneously;
- Excellent French is essential;
- Good knowledge of English.
