This is an insight on how we drive our brands to win with shoppers and retailers at the First Moment of Truth (FMOT).


Outline:
The role of the In-store Communications Expert is to drive our brands to win with shoppers and retailers at the First Moment of Truth (FMOT) by using knowledge and the expertise to recommend optimum initiative FMOT communication plans, and by co-ordinating all instore messaging by Brand initiative.


Key responsibilities of the role:
1) Initiative FMOT plan design, development & co-ordination:
• Recommend which in-store media should be used for the initiative to meet in-store communications objectives
• Co-ordinate messaging to ensure holisticity of our Brand communications at FMOT
2) POS Materials design & execution:
• Recommend, design & execute temporary POS materials for all initiatives and promotional requests
• Manage the interface with the Sales Department, Brand Teams and agencies; ensuring items are delivered on time and on budget.
• Manage the internal and external approval of all POS artworks
• Work with the approved agencies and external to deliver best design at best cost
• Leverage technical & retailer expertise in the development of all POS
3) Instore Communications expertise:
• Hold and update the FMOT Communications Scorecard for relevant brands/categories including monitoring of clear success criteria

College (3 years) or university graduate;
