RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for an experienced Innovation Manager for one of the largest European Xerox lines of business.
As part of our corporation, your role will be focused on the following dimensions:

Management
• Chase/ be aware of new innovations / innovation, progress in the US / Xerox R&D
• Administer an overview available relevant innovations (of the shelf)
• Support senior management in selecting innovations for implementation (pilots and/or rollout)
• Manage/monitor an 12 months rolling implementation calendar
• Ensure SBU team involvement and ownership ‘ owner of the innovation is the SBU team not the innovation team”
• Report to Sr management on progress
Implementation
• Create/ manage/ monitor/ push implementation plans (together with Ops)
• Monitor/ facilitate (support in project management) implementations (take active role)
• Ensure balanced implementation (technical, financial / budget, client involvement, training, softside etc)
• Ensure smooth ownership transition to operations after implementation has been completed
• Evaluate implementation (biz case, performance, etc)
Communication
• Point of contact for XRCE and BU’s implementation managers
• Point of contact for Innovation counterpart/CIO in the US
Commercial
• Provide marketing/sales materials on innovations to Sales
• Organize dreaming sessions together with XCRE, Sales and SBU managers
• Point of contact for Sales
Financial
• Develop business cases for new innovations
• Measure impact of implemented innovation, create showcase


CERINTE

• A proficient English level (German/ Dutch/ French would be a great plus)
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Hands on style, excellent communication skills
