Your main responsibilities:
• Implement policies and procedures on information security and business continuity;
• Make periodic or on-demand reports on information security;
• Ensure compliance with the applicable information security legislation and regulations;
• Participate in the development of policies, standards, guides, processes and procedures on information security;
• Manage the information security incident management process;
• Carry out regular risk analysis or the implementation of new processes or systems, proposes control measures to mitigate risks;
• Operate and develop information security tools;
• Propose and participate in the implementation of new working tools;
• Ensure awareness and training of all staff on information security and security business continuity;
• Assist the supervisor directly in the activity of checking and evaluating the efficiency of the proposed instruments.

• Higher education Degree or relevant experience in IT or Information Ssecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.);
• Previous professional experience in Information Security is an asset;
• Knowledge about ISO 27000, PCI DSS, ISO 22301 standards and procedures;
• Knowledge of national regulations (issued by the National Bank of Romania) and European regulations (EBA guides / standards) with regard to information security might be an advantage;
• Knowledge of national and European regulations on the protection of personal data (GDPR) is an asset;
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows servers, networking (WAN, IDS / IPS, firewalls), SIEM / log management, antivirus, endpoint protection, backup technologies;
• Skills that enables you to work with complex databases - SQL Server is an advantage;
• MS Office operating knowledge - working with MsExcel, advanced access;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to analyze and synthesize;
• Ability to organize and timely delivery of specific reports;
• Prioritize your own activity;
• Responsibility and integrity;
• Significant communication skills;
• Advanced English language skills.
