The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for:
-elaborating conceptual plans, preliminary sketches, execution details, costs estination;
- reviewing all engineering design documents for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for all buildings and facilities;
- ensuring compliance with tender specifications and requirements;
-performing surveillance and inspections of related activities to verify compliance with the requirements and to ensure that materials and equipment are in accordance with the specifications';
-working within a budget and with a deadline.
We are looking for:
HVAC / SANITARY ENGINEER
The ideal candidate should have:
An engineering degree and 5-8 years proven experience in design of Offices, Retail and Residential buildings.
Advanced knowledge of AUTOCAD – 2D design, MS Office (Word, Excel).
Knowledge of building regulatory requirements, EIA issues and familiarity with all engineering discipline are required.
