Administrate the employees' hiring files, record and update other documents;
Working with the internal HR tools, updating the internal HR database;
Developing together with the HR Manager the HR policies and procedures to ensure both organizational efficiencies and compliance with internal/legal regulations;
Compiling job descriptions;
Developing and executing recruitment plans;
Support in the personnel evaluation process; monitoring activity for training and development plans for the company employees.
Experience in the HR field-at least one year and the half;
Knowledge of Romanian Labor Law, especially about the individual and collective labor contract;
Detail-oriented person;
University degree;
Fluency in English;
Ability to work effectively with diverse people, innovation;
Very good verbal and written communication skills;
Good analytical skills, resistant at stress and high workload;
PC literate.
