- ensuring the HR applications(performance management, career development, compensation) are in line with the company approach;
- evaluating and identifying the training and development needs;
- preparing annual training plans;
- organizing training programs and monitors the performance of the trainings;
- providing weekly situation
- university degree (MBA is an asset);
- minimum 5 years experience as HR Manager (retail knowledge is an asset);
- sound knowledge on business laws and regulations;
