ISG Personnel Management is looking for his client, a multinational company acting in constuction fild, for a position of
Human Resource Responsible:
- setting-up a training plan and personnel-development strategy;
- organizing trainings;
- setting-up labor contracts and annexes based on Romanian legislation;
- handling tax- and legal-aspects, especially for Expats working in Romania;
- setting-up a feedback- und coaching process inside the company in order to increase employees’ satisfaction;
- supporting recruiting- and restructuring-processes;
- follow-up of developments in Romanian labor legislation;
- interface to human resource department of the headquarters in Austria as well as to external advisors;
- participation in the improvement of internal policies and procedures.
Education
University degree in Economics Human Resources
Good Knowledge of Romanian legislation and taxation with regards to labor aspects; experience in dealing with the respective authorities
Experience
4-5 years experience in similar position, preferably in a construction company multinational environment
Languages&IT
Languages: Romanian (fluent), German (fluent), English (advantageous)
IT skills: MS Office, Outlook

Willingness to travel (max. 20 % of the time) nationally and internationally
