RESPONSABILITATI

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- To ensure that tender documentation prepared takes account of legal and internal company HSEQ requirements.
- To assist in the evaluation of tenders with regard to HSEQ criteria.
- To ensure that a suitable pre-contract Health and Safety plan prior to commencement of work on site.
- To have a demonstrated track record in managing HSEQ aspects of construction projects
- Organise site wide crisis and emergency procedures and evacuation plans in co-operation with main site contractors
- Ensure that the site medical, fire and security facilities and arrangements are sufficient
- Ensure that serious HSE incidents are adequately investigated and preferably participate in the investigation team
- Confirm that key contractor plant and equipment is certified, where necessary, and meets national requirements
- Coordinates the development and maintenance of a project management system that complies with the requirements of company Business Management System (HSE aspects)
- Plans, coordinates and performs HSE inspections (daily) and audits (monthly).
- Ensure that the company safe working procedures and safe working practices are fully understood and that such procedures and practices are being effectively applied.
- To prepare regular feedback reports on the HSEQ performance of project contractors , to prepare a close ¿out report on the HSEQ performance of main contractors
- Provide the leadership and support necessary to contribute towards efficient Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management. Ensure that there is a clear HSEQ induction programme for all site personnel, including for visitors and company representatives.
- Ensure that proposed HSEQ training programmes are adequate for the risks encountered on site


CERINTE

- Degree qualified in construction, engineering or HSE related subject
- Minimum 5 years experience in HSE management preferably in a project environment
- Preferably, internationally recognised occupational health and safety certification
- Advanced English language knowledge
- Working German language knowledge an advantage
- Advanced PC skills: Word, Excel, Access, Adobe, Power Point, Internet
- Good writing skills
- Team Player
- Managerial skills
- Managements systems knowledge (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
- Good communication and interaction skills, team player
- Proven problem solving abilities
