Adecco Professional Placement is searching for its client, multinational company that activates in telecom industry for a HSE MANAGER.
ROLE
Oversee the development and implementation of health and safety programs. Ensure all work is preformed using proper safeguards. Manage the company’s compliance with EHS regulations and standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform in-depth analysis of EHS requirements and designs action points accordingly;
Ensure that relevant requirements are implemented locally and observed accordingly (training activities for internal staff, monitor and check progress, periodic follow up and feedback);
Manage the related requirements from the company’s Clients and ensure proper mitigation, implementation and follow up;
Design, coordinate implementation and follow-up EHS and Quality related programs and actions of the company’s subcontractors in order to ensure full compliance;
Provide support for internal EHS and Quality processes;
Organize and monitor the health and safety trainings/ certifications and monitor execution/ compliance;
Organize the Quality and EHS processes for projects and special customer requirements;
Prepares regular progress, project status and problem resolution reports.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
BS from Technical University
Strong knowledge of Romanian laws and regulations related to health and safety
Good knowledge of quality standards related to Civil works and telecom equipments installation
Experience in working with Customers: setting expectations, problem and risk exposure, problem solving and risk mitigation
MS office skills
Good knowledge of English language
Analytical and reporting skills
Balanced and assertive communication skills
Customer oriented
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
