Manage the HR team of the Test Department, with focus on organizing daily tasks and assignments (recruiting, training, maintaining employee records etc)
Assign resources on different activities and projects of the HR team
Be involved in the implementation of HR processes within the Test Department
Advise and coach managers in dealing with delicate or complex HR & Business issues
Recommend HR solutions that respond to the department’s and company's business objectives
Ensure permanent visibility to HR and Test Management on team’s activity
Ensure the development of the team’s competency level.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
Experience in people management is mandatory
University degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study
Excellent command of English; French is a plus
MS Office proficiency
Leadership skills, ability to delegate, good communication and organizational skills
