- Operating since 1998, Honeywell Garrett Romania is now a word class assembly plant for turbochargers, with a team of 600 employees.
- On behalf of our client, we are looking for a proactive and dynamic person, to fill in the role of Human Resources Specialist.
- This position represents an amazing learning opportunity for a high potential junior, who will be involved in all HR processes and systems, in a highly professional, multinational environment.
- This person will be in charge of offering support for the recruitment and selection procceses, as well as for the training programms.
- More than that, he/ she will be involved in the corporate communication activities, and will be a key person in monitoring quality inssurance in HR department.
- University graduate, preferably BA in Psychology;
- At least 1 year experience in HR Management;
- English proficiency. German will be also an advantage;
- Microsoft Office proficiency;
- Highly reliable, organized, both people and details oriented personality
