- Managing full-cycle recruitment and selection processes in accordance to the hiring manager needs by: managing job descriptions and job advertising, adapting search methodologies dependent on needs, actively using internal database, networks and other mediums to identify and to attract qualified candidates, scheduling and conducting the interviews, offering feedback to the candidates, updating the candidate database;
- Providing support on all HR related issues, including personnel administration (personnel files, individual labor contracts, medical, unpaid, and prenatal leave, resignations, transfers, promotions), payroll and reporting activities;
- Taking part in HR-related projects;
- Performing other duties as requested.
- 3-5 years of staffing /recruiting / HR process experience (in a recruitment agency or in a multinational environment);
- Experience in Administrative and Payroll activities (good knowledge of local employment law and legislation);
- Result driven & ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication skills, including diplomacy and tact;
- Strong problem solving abilities and resourcefulness;
- Ability to creatively source potential candidates by using variety of techniques;
- Ability to reason and diffuse conflict;
- Self starter and quick learner;
- Fluency in English is a must;
