- Ensure proper and consistent implementation of HR processes (incl. advising and training of managers and employees and developing own work processes); advise managers on terms and conditions of employment, HR policies and procedures, and employment legislation relevant to region
- Produce documents regarding employees terms and conditions of employment in a timely, accurate and efficient manner with co-operation of payroll
- Provide support for recruitment activities including:
a) job posting, screening, tracking, administration of interviews etc.;
b) ensuring every new hire receives an HR Induction (health care, company sponsored leisure time activities, access rights in facilities, working time system etc.)
- Ensure employee records (SAP HR Master Data + Organizations¿ positions incl. organization structure, working time systems, nomination DB, intranet DB etc.) are accurate and up to date, in line with data privacy guidelines
- Maintain accurate salary and headcount information on HR SAP Database system
- Support on ad hoc project work and research as required.
- University degree
- Minimum three years experience in general HR administrative role
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to be part of a matrixed team; customer and goal orientated, self-driven work attitude
- Flexible and able to multitask
- Detail and deadline orientated
- Capable to cope with multiple priorities and meeting required deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Computer literate: MS Office - administration of an HRIS could be an advantage.

Due to the strategy of the company focused on growth on Central and Eastern Europe, Ruukki will be-comes a local manufacturer of metal-based construction materials in Romania in 2007 through his in-vestment plan of EUR 35 million. The plant will be built in municipality of Giurgiu, about 20 km from Bucharest (near Bolintin Deal village) and will cover the metal-based production from profiling and steel frame to sandwich panels, roofing, cladding profiles and liner trays.
