RESPONSABILITATI

JOB PURPOSE

• ASCENSIVE services sales
• Searching for new clients
• Maintain good business relations with ASCENSIVE clients

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospecting activities (identifying potential clients, classifying them, research on prospects etc.);
• Planned approach to target new customers;
• Delivering presentations to potential clients;
• Promoting all ASCENSIVE consulting services;
• Drawing proposals and contracts for potential clients;
• Negotiating contracts with potential clients and closing the deals;
• Involvement in HR consulting projects -occasionally (i.e. assessment centers).
