RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities/goals:

• Participation in preparing employer branding strategy and plan
• Execution of employer branding activities and events
• Participation in the recruitment and selection processes/activities
• Support in preparation and execution of internal communication projects
• Organising company events for employees
• Support in execution of other HR processes (with focus on recruitment campaigns, assessment centers, etc.)


CERINTE

Purpose of the job: Implementation of external and internal HR communication programmes (corporate communication, recruitment, staff events)
Recruitment (execution of recruitment and selection processes)
Administrative support to other activities within HR function

Required qualifications: University degree (preferably in Corporate Communication, Human Resources, Marketing, Economics or Psychology)

Required experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the area of recruitment (HR) and corporate communication

Required skills: Very good communication skills
Very good IT skills
Excellent writing skills
Practical knowledge of employer branding and/or recruitment process
Creativity and flexibility
Very good English skills
