RESPONSABILITATI

• Work with the HR System and Management Information Manager to ensure that HR systems, processes metrics and MI enable HR and business processes.
• Work with HR teams to ensure that that HR systems and reports are utilized effectively and efficiently in order to provide good customer service to employees and managers.
• Ensure that processes are streamlined and fit for purpose and are global and repeatable wherever possible
• Ensure that processes are properly documented, communicated and published for the HR teams as well as employees and managers
• Enable processes and systems to ensure data remains clean and usable and a culture of discipline is maintained
• Support the collection of data in a format that is reportable, so that Management Information reports can be provided easily
• Liaise with Finance to consolidate data from the HR system versus the GL and Finance Accounting systems
• Put in place and provide standard reports including:
o Headcount
o Attrition
o Recruitment
o Cost of Recruitment
o People Cost
o Spans and Layers
This may include consolidating data from a number of data sources including HR systems, manual tracking systems, Finance systems
• Deliver HR MI Service
• Support the delivery of HR Metrics (across all HR teams)
• Regular measurement of the metrics through metric reporting and analysis
• Support the HR Leadership team with ad hoc projects and reporting as and when required


CERINTE

• University graduate
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Excellent Excel Skills
• Detail conscious and meticulous
• Ability to meet deadlines by recognizing best use of time and working with end results very clearly in mind
• HR experience while not essential is a definite advantage (Preferable to have experience in providing HRMI and Process Improvement
• The job holder will be managed remotely from a UK time zone and therefore there will be times when virtual meetings need to be attended outside of standard office hours
