For one of our clients, leading company in the food industry, we are looking for a Human Resources Operations Manager.
The main responsabilities are:
Leads and supports the line management with selection, assessment, introduction and guidance of the employees;
Develops and leads staffing and recruitment projects to bring the best talents on board;
Provides HR support to the Operations (Plant & Logistics) functions of the company, in order to ensure that the phases of the performance management process cycle are effectively and timely implemented;
Counsels and supports the functional management in the preparation of People Planning, Job Descriptions, organizational changes, training and recruitment budgets;
Develops the Annual Operating Plan for Plant & Logistics (headcount, training plan, events);
Supervises the labor relations within company;
Oversees the payroll and administration activities.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the Human Resources field, ideally within a multinational company with production facilities;
Exposure to unions and compensation & benefits practices;
Experience in payroll and administration supervision;
Interpersonal and communication skills at all levels;
University degree;
Very good customer service orientation;
Good analytical skills;
Excellent command of English language;
PC literate.
