We are searching for a colleague for the following position:
HR Marketing & PR specialist
in our Bucharest-based team.
What will you do?
You will….
… calibrate with the HR marketing team in Germany for the company identity campaigns;
….maintain and update information on the organization’s website;
…work with cross-functional teams within the organization in order to increase company brand awareness, and create an organizational profile;
….organize events including job fairs, open days, press conferences, exhibitions, interviews, etc;
… document, write and release press materials to targeted media, in line with Company’s guidelines, International PR team and external PR agency;
… be in contact with the PR agency to implement the company’s PR strategy;
… be responsible for company branding both internally and externally;
… coordinate the social media marketing;
… coordinate the editorial content for company’s blog and social media profiles;
… moderate comments and feed-back related to social media interfaces;
… initiate and coordinate marketing campaigns and identify development opportunities;
…liaise with and answer enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations;
…write and edit in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports;
…prepare and supervise the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia applications;
And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team.
If you have:
… university degree – Communication and Public Relations degree is an advantage;
… minimum 3 years of experience in branding and communication area;
… at least 1 year experience in HR marketing and social media marketing;
… excellent presentation and communication skills;
… very good knowledge of MS Office;
… self confidence, creativity and initiative;
... fluency in English (both written and spoken);
…German knowledge will be an advantage;
