- Reviewing Human Resources procedures and policies;
- Implementing specific procedures (recruitment, personnel assessment, training, induction rules for newly entered employees, carrier development etc.);
- Performing administrative activities specific to HR Department (e.g. preparing labor contracts for new employees, up-dating job descriptions);
- Developing the relationship with labour authorities;
- Maintaining accurate salary and headcount information;
- Providing support to employees and executives in all matters related to labour and social security law.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience on a similar position;
- Good command of English language;
- Good PC skills: MS Office;
- Certificate of HR Inspector;
- Well-developed communication skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with multi tasks;
- Flexibility;
- Good analysis and synthesis capacities.
