RESPONSABILITATI

- Personnel Recruitment - establishing the proper methodology for recruitment
- Evaluating departments? needs
- Organizing, improving and implementing the HR procedures and forms; making follow-up for HR procedures efficiency
- Taking care of all acceptance procedures for new employees (hiring approval, salary package, benefits, job & company presentation etc.),
- Elaborating and updating the Organizational Chart,


CERINTE

- Background (5-6 years) in a similar position (a multinational company, preferable IT company),
- Good knowledge of labor law,
- German knowledge would be a plus,
- Very good comunication and interpersonal skills,
- Responsible, conscientious,flexible, dinamic and hard worker person,
- Computer literacy.
