Our expectations:
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of French is a big advantage;
- You have a diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Sociology, or Philology, in Human Resource is an advantage;
- You have a very good computer literacy;
- You are a dynamic person, self confident, extremely well-organized and a strong personality, able to work under stress and to manage people;
- You are a charismatic person having presentation and soft skills;
- You have already gained at least 5 years of experience, including leading roles, in the Human Resources functions: sourcing, recruitment and development of people;
- A previous experience in the call center industry (or certain knowledge in this field) would be a very strong plus;
- You have a dynamic and positive attitude to daily tasks and high level of responsibility;
- You possess excellent presentation skills and a talent to work with people;
- You provide an excellent knowledge of all stages of the HR procedure;
- You assist the management in the growth by organizing the recruitment, development and retention of staff. The HR Manager will be supported by several HR Specialists.

We are looking for a HR Manager to join our start up team willing to support the strong growth of our office in Bucharest. The company is a multi-lingual contact center aiming to recruit 200 employees by the end of 2008 and reaching some 1500 staff by 2010.
