Our expectations:

- You are fluent in English; knowledge of French is a big advantage;
- You have a diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Sociology, or Philology, in Human Resource is an advantage;
- You have a very good computer literacy;
- You are a dynamic person, self confident, extremely well-organized and a strong personality, able to work under stress and to manage people;
- You are a charismatic person having presentation and soft skills;


CERINTE

- You have already gained at least 5 years of experience, including leading roles, in the Human Resources functions: sourcing, recruitment and development of people;
- A previous experience in the call center industry (or certain knowledge in this field) would be a very strong plus;
- You have a dynamic and positive attitude to daily tasks and high level of responsibility;
- You possess excellent presentation skills and a talent to work with people;
- You provide an excellent knowledge of all stages of the HR procedure;
- You assist the management in the growth by organizing the recruitment, development and retention of staff. The HR Manager will be supported by several HR Specialists.

CallPoint New Europe SRL is part of the CallPoint New Europe group of companies, leading outsourcer in South-East Europe with current operations in Sofia, Bulgaria and in Bucharest, Romania. The company aims to be the leading regional player in Eastern Europe and operates as a multi language contact center platform. Our first site in Bucharest is located in the area of Politehnica (120 employees).

We are looking for a HR Manager to join our start up team willing to support the strong growth of our office in Bucharest. The company is a multi-lingual contact center aiming to recruit 200 employees by the end of 2008 and reaching some 1500 staff by 2010.
