RESPONSABILITATI

-responsible for all HR activities, including recruitment and selection, compensation, labor relations, payroll and training.
- define and implement the best recruitment strategies and attract high talented employees to build our organization;
- implement local HR policies and processes to support the business and the HR corporate strategies;
- interview job applicants, screen applications, evaluate candidates’ skills and make recommendations;
- develop internal communication to facilitate employees' integration and retention
- deal with job documentation, evaluations and descriptions;
- conduct new employees' induction;
- develop and schedule training and development courses;
- provide advice, assistance to the company's management for specific HR related issues;
- ensure the legal compliances by monitoring and implementing applicable HR law requirements.


CERINTE

-minimum 2 years experience in HR Management
-English-fluent level
-experience in companies larger than 40 employees
-recruitment techniques knowledge for middle and top management recruitment
-IT recruitment is considered an advantage
