- Conducting and administering all recruitment and personnel selection measures in accordance with needs and requirements;
- Maintaining knowledge of current issues and labor law related to employment policy and assures organizational adherence;
- Maintaining communication with all company’s departments in order to regularly inform about recruitment procedures;
- Formulating and determining programs for development of salaries, remuneration and benefits;
- Establishing and maintaining effective and productive working relationships with all staff and external parties with whom Human Resources has general liaison;
- Organizing and supervising job evaluation, ensuring that there is a transparent basis for grading and salary determinations;
- Facilitating the articulation and implementation of the Company vision.
For one of our clients, a global provider of casino-focused activities, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager.
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying priorities simultaneously;
- At least three years of experience in Human Resources area;
- Flexibility, creativity and capacity to innovate;
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, conflict management and problem solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people with varying levels of education, expertise and backgrounds;
- Computer literate;
- Disponiblity for travelling;
- Fluent in English both written & spoken;
