Conducting and administering all recruitment and personnel selection measures in accordance with needs and requirements;
Performing personnel evaluation and personnel career planning activities;
Implementing company policies & regulations;
Representing the company in the relation with external HR collaborators;
Advising and assisting employees and executives in all matters relating to labour and social security law and supervising personnel-related measures initiated by the human resources manager (supervising plans for implementation);
Ensuring information exchange inside company
2 - 4 years of professional-level human resources experience;
Knowledge principles, methods, practices and laws of human resources management;
Recruitment and selection, job evaluation, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee training/development;
Labor laws; principles and techniques of labor relations;
Fluency in English is mandatory;
Conflict negotiation skills;
Diplomatic, tactful, composed personality;
Decision maker, able to make sounded, based on facts decisions and take calculated risks;
Goal-orientation;
Fast, disciplined, well –organized, analytical thinker;
High level of confidence in self / own competence;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong team management skills.
