The main purpose of the job is:
-To manage the Human Resources Department, ensuring that the department systematically analyses and diagnoses organisational and people issues by owning and driving best practice techniques throughout the Company
-To supervise and control the Resource Management function ensuring that all internal resources meet the company requirements to maximise utilisation throughout the Company.
-Produce practical ideas for improvements or solutions, and to participate in organisational policy making decisions thus enabling the effective management of employees.
Qualifications
-Educated to degree level (or relevant experience)
Essential
-Experience of managing a small integrated HR Department.
-Proven experience of protecting businesses from employment litigation.
-Experience of effective verbal and written communication methodologies up to Board level.
-Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems

Desirable
-Experience of working within the Casino Industry
-Experience of running best practice workshops/seminars based around new and current HR practices.
